BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT PAYMENT POLICY

Starting Oct 01, 2025, to ensure a smooth and dedicated experience for all guests, we kindly request a deposit of 500,000 VND per guest for all bookings.

The deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your meal.

In the event of cancellation or change in guest number, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Late cancellations, no-shows, or unnotified changes may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

For any amendments to your reservation, please contact our booking team via hotline or email.


DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

When making a reservation, please tell us as detailed as possible about your allergies. This would include the types of food that you are allergic to, the severity of the allergies. Especially if you are allergic to seafood, please tell us whether you can consume nước mắm (fish sauce) at all.

Currently we can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian and different types of allergies with 3-hour in advance notice.


DIFFERENT ORDERS WITHIN A GROUP

Our standard Sto:ry Menu requires group order for the best experience. In case you’d like varied orders among your group members, please indicate your preferences in the request box at the final step.


RUNNING LATE OF ARRIVAL TIME

The entire experience of Sto:ry Menu will take about 2.5 hours (À la carte menu is not available). Please be aware of location and heavy traffic at times in Danang & Ho Chi Minh City. If you are running late or cancelling the reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.


PARKING

Parking spaces for motorbikes are available in front of the venue, our staff will support you to park safely. Car parking is not applicable.

CHILDREN POLICY

We are pleased to accommodate families with children from age 8. Young diners can enjoy our Sto:ry Menu (Short Experience – 7 courses). For families with children under 8, please reach out to us via email or hotline so we can provide the best assistance for your visit.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT:

  • For Small Group Bookings (4-8 Pax – requires large tables or Founders’ Room):
    • A deposit of 500,000 VND/pax (approximately 20 USD/pax) is required to secure the reservation.
    • This deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the reservation.
    • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the reservation date.
  • For Medium Group Bookings (9-18 Pax – requires Sto:ry Room):
    • A deposit of 500,000 VND/pax (approximately 20 USD/pax) is required to secure the booking.
    • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the reservation date.
    • Any decrease in group size within 72 hours of the reservation time is not allowed. The final bill will be applied on the number of pax decided 72 hours in advance of the reservation time.

 

  • For Large Group Bookings (19 pax and above – requires Hall Charter) 
    • A deposit of 500,000 VND/pax (approximately 20 USD/pax) is required to secure the booking.
    • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date.
    • Any increase in group size requires additional deposits to cover the new number of guests.
    • Any decrease in group size within 72 hours of the reservation time is not allowed. The final bill will be applied on the number of pax decided 72 hours in advance of the reservation time.

CANCELLATION:

  • For Small Group Bookings (4-8 Pax):
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will result in no refund of the deposit.
  • For Medium Group Bookings (9-18 Pax):
    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date will result in no refund of the deposit.
  • For Large Group Bookings (19 Pax or More):
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 72 hours before the reservation will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in no refund.

REFUND:

  • Deposits:
    • Deposits will be refunded in full only if cancellations are made within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
    • Any refunds processed will be made in net amounts only, meaning any extra payments or advance payments will be deducted from the deposit as per policy.
  • Refund for Full Payments:
    • Full refunds (minus deposits) will be provided for cancellations made before 7 days of the event for large groups or exclusive events.
    • Partial refunds (for the remaining amount after deposit) will be provided for cancellations made within the allowable time window (before the 72-hour mark).
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If guests do not show up for the reservation, the entire deposit or full payment will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
  • No Refund for Food or Beverage Prepared: If food or beverage has been prepared for a guest who doesn’t arrive, no refund will be given for that guest. This applies to menus that require advanced preparation such as tasting menus, vegetarian menus, or special requests.
