Founded in 2017, Nén Danang has been a prominent pioneer in modern Vietnamese fine dining. Nestled in the largest city of Central Vietnam, Nén Danang is dedicated to exploring the vast potential of Vietnamese ingredients and culture. We tell stories through our food, using 99% hyper-local ingredients sourced from across Vietnam and our own farms, highlighting the true essence of Vietnamese flavors.

We believe that the true essence of Vietnamese cuisine lies in the quality and authenticity of its ingredients. That’s why we source our produce hyper-locally, ensuring that each dish features the freshest and most flavorful components. From fragrant herbs and lush vegetables to the freshest seafood, every ingredient we use tells a story of the land and the people who cultivate it.

Established to supply our kitchen with the highest quality produce and as a research center, Nén Farm embodies our dedication to sustainable agriculture and responsible sourcing. We grow a variety of herbs, edible flowers, and fruit trees that feature prominently in our seasonal menus, ensuring that our dishes are as fresh and vibrant as the landscapes they come from.
